We don’t usually go on about dance music too much, what with us being Blitzgigs and all, but when it’s one of the greatest drum & bass producers in the history of the genre playing live here in Berlin, it’s worth a shout-out.
Photek was instrumental in the development of intelligent d&b and has been around for longer than a lot of his modern audience have been alive. Even with that fact being true, the guy is still amazing and still putting out quality material, the last EP, the first in the series, came out Feb 2011 and there’s a new album proposed for release sometime in the future. Another instant classic.
